Irham Rahman has been involved in numerous projects at HSP, with a focus on general corporate law, foreign direct investment, cryptocurrency, and data privacy matters. Irham also has been involved in numerous banking and financial projects and has helped advise clients on cross-border and domestic transactions and the establishment of foreign investment companies in various business sectors in Indonesia.
Prior to joining HSP, Irham worked at another multinational company in Jakarta, handling the licensing and regulatory compliance of the company and its branch offices in Indonesia.
Irham is fluent in English and Indonesian.
